Certified Pediatric Dentist With DHA, MOH (UAE), Department of Health Abu Dhabi and Dubai Healthcare City. He is an Experienced Pediatric Dentist with a demonstrated history of working in the medical practice industry. In 2017, he attended the Dental Canadian Board and successfully finished his Dental Specialty Core Knowledge Examination.

Dr Mina Charopeme is a highly-accomplished Specialist Pediatric Dentist. He is well versed with nitrous oxide sedation, conducting dental examinations, dental x-rays, fillings, crowns, space maintainers and diagnosis of children in need of orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Mina has special passion for working with children of determination. He believes that these children are a real blessing and they should be taken equal care of.

Handling Pediatric Dental Emergencies

He is well versed in handling dental emergencies such as bitten lip or tongue, broken or fractured tooth, foreign object caught in teeth etc. He is also able to cover ER if needed.

SEDATION

Proficient in conducting oral dental rehabilitation under IV sedation and oral dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia. Dr. Mina also has good command of working under nitrous oxide (happy or laughing gas)

MULTI-DISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Dr. Mina strongly believes in a multi-disciplinary approach. He is deeply passionate about working as a team member. He always encourages referral to other dental specialties if need may arise, to make sure that the work is done at it is best. He believes and always says that Dentistry is not a one man show.

BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

He is deeply passionate about behavior management and changing the stereotypical view of children with dental anxiety. He likes to encourage kids to maintain a good oral health status by attending regular dental check-ups. He also works towards building trust with the child and thereby establishing a caring dental home for them.
